Replacement Policy

We aim to deliver products in perfect condition. However, if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we offer a replacement as per the policy below.

Replacement Timeframe

  • Replacement requests must be raised within 7 days of receiving the product.

Replacement Conditions

    • The product must be unused and returned in its original packaging

    • The item must be damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery

    • An unboxing video or clear product images should be provided as proof

    • Replacement is subject to product availability

Replacement Process

  • Once approved, the replacement will be dispatched within 5–7 business days

  • If the replacement is due to our error, return shipping costs will be borne by Heavenly Wealth Shop

  • If the same product is unavailable, a refund or alternative product may be offered
