Replacement Policy
We aim to deliver products in perfect condition. However, if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we offer a replacement as per the policy below.
Replacement Timeframe
Replacement requests must be raised within 7 days of receiving the product.
Replacement Conditions
The product must be unused and returned in its original packaging
The item must be damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery
An unboxing video or clear product images should be provided as proof
Replacement is subject to product availability
Replacement Process
Once approved, the replacement will be dispatched within 5–7 business days
If the replacement is due to our error, return shipping costs will be borne by Heavenly Wealth Shop
If the same product is unavailable, a refund or alternative product may be offered
