Warranty Policy

1. Warranty Duration

Heavenly Wealth Shop guarantees that our products will be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use for the following periods:

  • Low-Cost Apparels & Accessories: 30–90 days from the date of purchase
  • Electronics, Appliances, and High-Value Items: 90 days to 1 year from the date of purchase

2. Remedies

If a covered defect arises within the warranty period, Heavenly Wealth Shop may, at its sole discretion:

  • Repair the product
  • Replace the product
  • Issue a refund for the purchase price

3. What’s Not Covered (Exclusions)

This warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear (e.g., scratches, fading)
  • Damage caused by misuse, abuse, accident, or improper care
  • Damage caused by unauthorized modifications or repairs

4. How to Make a Claim

To file a warranty claim:

  • Have the original proof of purchase (receipt/order number)
